Who is responsible for your information
SQUARE TECH IT SERVICES, a partnership registered in India, operates Intellany at intellany.com, with the application at intellany.com/app. Our registered address and GSTIN are listed below. Contact [email protected] about this policy or your personal information.
This policy covers our website, accounts, workspaces, saved work and support. An organisation using Intellany decides what personal information it places in its workspace and who may access it. Business processing terms explain those separate responsibilities.
Information we process
We receive information from you, your sign-in service, authorised workspace members and your browser.
- Account and sign-in information: account identifier, email, verification status, display name and profile details provided by an enabled sign-in service. Google Firebase manages authentication; we do not store your password in our application database.
- Workspace information: names, descriptions, memberships, roles, invitations, project information, task briefs and saved text or Markdown artifacts.
- Your work and preferences: prompts, selected models, attachments, creative briefs, appearance settings, favourites and browser drafts. Some drafts and files remain on your device; saving to a shared workspace can make them available to authorised members.
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser information, request times, action identifiers, account or workspace references, limited audit metadata and abuse-prevention records.
- Support and purchase information: correspondence and information you supply to identify an issue or order. When checkout is available, the payment processor handles payment credentials; Intellany uses transaction references, amount, currency and payment status.
Why we use it
We use information to provide account access, store and display your work, apply preferences, administer workspaces, respond to support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Where a lawful basis is required, we use contractual necessity for providing your requested service, legitimate interests for proportionate security and organisation administration, legal obligations for required records, and consent for optional activities that require it. You can withdraw optional consent without losing essential account access. Agreeing to terms does not constitute blanket consent to unrelated processing.
We do not use your private workspace content to train our own AI models. Provider processing depends on the model and connection you choose; review the available model information before submitting confidential or personal information.
Sharing and service providers
Google Firebase processes authentication information. Cloudflare delivers our public website. Hosting and database services support the application. Authorised members can access information you share within a workspace. These services process information under their applicable service terms and privacy practices. Contact us for the provider information relevant to your account.
A connected model request may send the prompt, selected context and attachments to the provider needed to perform that request. Selecting a model or saving a brief alone does not send it for generation. A feature marked unavailable or awaiting a connection does not perform a model request.
We may disclose limited information when required by law, to protect people and the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate notice and protection. External websites you visit have their own privacy practices.
Processing locations
Information may be processed outside India, including authentication processing by Google Firebase in the United States and delivery through Cloudflare's distributed network. Locations depend on the service involved.
Our paid launch is limited to India. Before offering the service in another jurisdiction, we will establish any transfer mechanism and safeguards required there. Contact [email protected] for current processing-location information. Availability in a country does not imply that all information is stored in that country.
How long information is kept
Account and saved workspace information is retained while needed to provide your service, resolve disputes, secure the platform or satisfy a legal requirement. You can remove supported saved items and local drafts using the relevant controls. Other account closure or deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].
Retention depends on the information and purpose: active workspace records support ongoing work; support records support resolution and follow-up; transaction and tax records follow statutory requirements; security records support incident investigation and applicable record-keeping obligations. You may request removal of information no longer needed through [email protected]. We review the request, applicable retention obligations and any technical limits, and confirm the outcome. Backups and legally required records may follow a different retention cycle.
Clearing browser storage removes device data and may remove unsynchronised work. It does not delete server records or close your Firebase account. A privacy-request receipt records your request; it is not confirmation that deletion has finished.
Your choices and rights
You can manage supported profile and workspace settings, export available account data and submit requests from Settings → Privacy & data. You can also email [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, account closure, portability or withdrawal of consent where applicable.
We may verify identity and clarify the request before acting. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law, other people's rights and records we must keep. We aim to acknowledge privacy requests promptly and respond within the applicable statutory period. For rights under the GDPR, the normal response period is one month, with any lawful extension explained to you.
Where applicable you may object to certain processing, request restriction, complain to a competent data-protection authority or use an available appeal procedure. We do not retaliate against you for exercising privacy rights. Contact our privacy inbox to raise a grievance.
Age eligibility
Intellany accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit children's personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate authorisation. Contact [email protected] if you believe a child has created an account or supplied personal information inappropriately.
Policy updates
We publish the effective date of changes and provide additional notice for material changes where required. The latest policy is available on both our website and application.
