Account and workspace protection
We use authentication, server-side permission checks, workspace access controls and operational safeguards to protect the service. Security is an ongoing process; no system can guarantee freedom from every incident. This policy is not a certification or a promise of a particular uptime or audit result.
Protect your access
Use strong unique credentials, protect sign-in sessions and share workspace access only as needed. Never paste private API keys or passwords into public content. Report suspicious activity to [email protected]. We may ask you to take protective steps or reauthenticate.
Report a vulnerability
Email [email protected] with the affected URL, a concise explanation and a safe reproduction using your own account. Avoid sending customer records, secrets or exploit material that unnecessarily exposes others. Do not access another customer's data, disrupt the service or test payment abuse. Stop testing if personal information is exposed, and report it privately.
Our response
We assess reports, contain credible issues, investigate affected information and make required notifications. We may need details to reproduce an issue. Reporting does not create a bug-bounty or payment entitlement unless a separate published programme says otherwise.
