Your agreement with Intellany

These terms govern use of Intellany, operated by SQUARE TECH IT SERVICES. By using the service you agree to these terms, subject to any separate signed business agreement. Our privacy, acceptable-use, pricing, digital-delivery and cancellation/refund policies explain related parts of the service.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Intellany for an organisation, you must be authorised to act for it. Paid service is initially offered to customers in India; availability elsewhere depends on the applicable offer and legal requirements.

What the service provides

Intellany brings chat, creative briefs, project work, models and usage tools into one workspace. Availability varies by feature, connection, account and model. Only an enabled connected feature can generate content or execute a task; a saved prompt, model selection or brief is not a completed AI result.

Provider models, limits, interfaces and availability can change. We may maintain, improve or discontinue features with notice where required. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a specific model's permanent availability unless agreed separately in writing.

Accounts and team access

Give accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected]. You are responsible for authorised activity through your account and for how you invite and manage workspace members.

Workspace owners and administrators manage access within their permissions. Sharing a workspace can expose its content to its members. Do not share passwords or private API keys in prompts, public links or support messages.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Intellany the limited permission needed to store, display, transmit and process that content to provide the service you request. You must have the rights and authorisation to submit it, including personal information belonging to others.

AI output may not be unique, accurate or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Rights in generated material also depend on the applicable provider terms, input rights and law. Review content before publishing or relying on it; no particular ownership or non-infringement outcome is guaranteed.

Prices, credits and payments

Prepaid pack prices are published on our pricing page and in the app. INR base prices and USD equivalents use the stated catalogue conversion, not a live foreign-exchange quotation. India GST of 18% is additional. The tax breakdown and total payable amount must be shown before payment confirmation.

API usage credits are an internal service balance consumed at eligible model rates, not money held for withdrawal. Token packs are provider-scoped allowances with the usage rules stated for the model or family. Billing type and scope stay with the entitlement when renewed; unused credit cannot automatically be converted between different families.

There is no automatic monthly subscription for a prepaid pack. Any expiry or promotion must be stated in the offer before purchase. Complimentary credits have no cash value. A changed price does not retrospectively alter a completed order. Only a confirmed successful payment and fulfilled order creates a purchased entitlement.

Payment acceptance is available only through enabled checkout methods. Viewing or selecting a pack does not charge you or create an order. Our cancellation and refund policy includes a seven-day window for unused purchased balance and preserves mandatory consumer remedies.

Responsible use and external services

Follow our acceptable-use policy and applicable law. Do not interfere with access controls, exploit other accounts, evade billing or limits, or use the service to harm others.

An external website, connected provider or third-party integration may have its own terms. Use only the rights and permissions granted to you. You remain responsible for actions you approve and for reviewing generated content, code and automated-task results.

Ending or restricting access

You can stop using Intellany and request account closure through support or the privacy controls. Closing an account does not automatically erase records we must lawfully retain. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy applicable to your purchase.

We may restrict access for a material breach, credible security risk, abuse or legal requirement. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we explain the restriction and offer a way to seek review. Measures should be proportionate to the issue; lawful consumer rights remain available.

Reliance and liability

AI output can contain errors. Intellany does not provide professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice. Verify important information and test generated code before using it in production.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability for a claim is limited to amounts you paid for the affected service during the preceding three months, except where a limit is unlawful or a separate agreement provides otherwise. Nothing excludes fraud, liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights and remedies.

Law, disputes and changes

Indian law governs these terms, without removing mandatory protections that apply to your transaction. Courts and consumer forums with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. First contact [email protected] with the issue and requested remedy so we can try to resolve it.
