Choose how usage is measured
API-credit packs provide an internal USD usage balance spent at eligible model rates. Token packs provide a prepaid allowance for the selected family. These are prepaid packs, with no automatic monthly subscription. Base prices below exclude applicable GST.
Currency and taxes
India base prices are published in INR. USD equivalents use the catalogue rate of $1 = ₹100 and are shown for comparison, not as a live currency quotation. India GST is 18% and is additional. The tax amount and final payable total must be shown before you confirm a payment. No undisclosed payment-processing fee is added.
Allowances, bonuses and renewal
A credit balance is service usage value, not cash for withdrawal. Token deductions depend on the selected model and family. Local Models can draw 0.5× to 5× the reported usage; untagged models draw 1:1. Renewal must match the entitlement's billing type and scope.
Built-in credit-pack bonuses are included in the published balance. A new-customer promotion, where available, is identified separately before purchase and is not automatically included in every account balance. Complimentary usage has no cash refund value.
Purchasing and refunds
Purchasing is available only when checkout is enabled. Selecting a pack or saving its details does not take payment. Review the applicable model scope, any validity period, promotion and final tax-inclusive amount before paying. Unused purchased balance is eligible for a refund request within seven calendar days under our cancellation and refund policy.
