Acceptable use policy

Prohibited use

Do not use Intellany to break applicable law, infringe rights or bypass a provider's use restrictions.

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, trafficking or abuse of vulnerable people.
• Fraud, phishing, credential theft, malware, unauthorised surveillance or access to systems and accounts.
• Threats, violent wrongdoing, targeted harassment, deceptive impersonation or disclosure of private information without authority.
• Unauthorised use of copyrighted material, personal information, trademarks or confidential business information.
• Circumventing billing, rate limits, security controls, workspace isolation or entitlement rules; reselling access without authorisation.

Connected tools and automation

Only authorise actions within your permissions. Verify destinations, recipients and important consequences before approving an automated action. Do not rely solely on AI to make consequential decisions about a person's rights or access to essential services.

Reporting and enforcement

Report abuse to [email protected] and security issues to [email protected]. Include enough non-sensitive information to investigate. We may restrict offending content or accounts, investigate reports and cooperate with lawful requests. Contact support to request review of a restriction.
