Application of these terms

These terms describe our standard business data-processing approach. A business customer requiring a processor agreement should contact [email protected] to identify the parties, scope and applicable annexes. Publishing these terms does not create a signed agreement with an unidentified customer or replace a required executed contract.

Roles and instructions

The business customer determines the purpose and means of processing personal information it submits to its workspace and must have a lawful basis for doing so. Intellany processes that information to provide the agreed service on documented instructions. We separately determine the purpose of our own account administration, security, billing and support records.

Processing description

Processing can involve account and member information, workspace content, prompts, files, briefs, saved artifacts and support records. Data subjects can include customer staff, collaborators and people whose information the customer lawfully supplies. Duration follows the service and applicable retention obligations. Do not submit special-category or highly sensitive data without a suitable agreed arrangement.

Confidentiality and safeguards

Access is limited according to role and service need. We apply proportionate technical and organisational safeguards and assist with appropriate rights requests and incident response. An executed business processing agreement will specify subprocessor obligations, assistance, notifications, audit evidence and any required subprocessor-change procedure. These standard terms do not confirm that a customer-specific agreement has been executed.

Providers and international transfers

Authentication uses Google Firebase; the public website uses Cloudflare; application hosting and database services support workspaces. An enabled AI request uses the provider required for the selected model and context. Business customers should obtain the applicable subprocessor list, processing locations and transfer safeguards before supplying regulated information.

End of service and contact

Return and deletion, backup handling and legal retention follow the applicable agreement and law. Contact [email protected] to arrange the business agreement, annexes, transfer information and relevant security documentation.
